The Muskoka Novel Marathon is a 3 day event traditionally held in person, in Muskoka, in July. Forty writers gather with the intent of writing the first draft of a novel within the three day time frame. It’s an energizing experience for the writers. The community feeling is like no other.
It is also a fundraising event. Writers are encouraged to raise money to fund literacy programs run by the local YMCA.
TaylorSmithDesign.com has donated hosting, web development and maintenance, and social media services to the Muskoka Novel Marathon each of the years Krystyne has been involved. Krystyne also acts as the Registrar for the event – and fund raises each year when time allows.
